Greenpower Education Trust is a registered charity with a mission to change current views on engineering through education, presenting it as fascinating, relevent and dynamic career choice for any young person. To link education, industry and community through inspirational engineering projects.

 Why we need your support.

  1. imageChipping Sodbury School plays a high profile role in the successful Greenpower projects, running several teams with a good mix of boys and girls and producing a championship winning car (Rotary Racer )in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and currently 2nd position.

The whole project relies on support from the school, and many hours of volunteer work from teachers, mentors and technical partners.

The project is completely reliant on donations and sponsors to continue and feedback from teachers and industry leaders confirms that this project is making a real difference.

Donate or sponsor us and make a real difference now.

Whats in it for me.

In return for a one off donation, regular donations or sponsorship, you get to put your company logos and messages on the car and race overalls, the cars are on display within the school and will be seen at races throughout the UK,  at high profile tracks like Silverstone, Goodwood, Castle Combe and Dunsfold (Top Gear Track) and there is growing interest in the press. It is right on trend with 10000 kids 500 schools and more electric cars than you can shake a plug at.
